SANTA BARBARA, California
ENN's investigative team has scored another victory by obtaining
documents which prove that Erik will join the cast of the television
series Santa Barbara. In addition, a source close to Erik's
Committee on Graduate School Choice has told ENN that Erik will enroll at
the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB)
in the fall of 2003. The committee had
been deciding between UCSB and the University of Arizona, but
apparently the news of his addition to the cast of the television soap
opera tipped the scales.
"We're thrilled," said the chairwoman of the Santa Barbara
Hot Women's bureau, upon learning of Erik's intent to arrive in Santa
Barbara in August 2003. "I only wish we didn't have to wait
another four months, but we are a patient group. We will eagerly
look forward to showing Erik the ropes here in Santa Barbara."
Erik declined to give a comment when approached by ENN reporters,
saying only that he was "getting ready to return to the country that
invented Freedom Fries." In a written statement, Erik noted
that he was impressed not only by Santa Barbara's "fine location and
beaches," but also its "intellectual vigor, impressive faculty,
and outstanding program."
