Erik Flees Earthquakes - Heads for
Safety of Detroit

CRESCENT CITY, California
New information about several moderate to
"very, very, ludicriously strong" earthquakes has reached Love Headquarters
in Santa Barbara.
"Apparently," Erik explained, "the big one
up near Crescent City -- nice place, that Crescent City, too bad no one has
ever been there since the time of the Native Americans -- that one in the
ocean triggered a tsunami warning. But I was right here in Isla Vista
next to the ocean watching ABC television and we didn't hear a damn thing
about any tsunamis."
With that, Erik opened the door to the
headquarters, and said, "Peace out. I'm on the way to Detroit where
it's safe."
Moments later, Erik reconnected with a
long-lost friend from high school who assured him that it would be safer in
Detroit than in California. They hopped into Erik's sexy Honda Civic
sedan and began the 5-day trek across the continent to Detroit.
